Can I do an upgrade on my HRV EX-L

I got the 2024 HR-V EX-L and was just wondering if I can upgrade the USB port as easy as t is in the CR-V? Or is that just not possible?

it's not as straightforward as it is in the CR-V and you can't just swap them for data capable USB-C ports without getting into custom wiring and housing mods, the existing ones are mostly charge only, if all you're looking for is faster charging or a cleaner setup, a solid adapter or a 12V USB-C charger is probably your best bet

No, it's not as simple as the crv, honda loves making upgrades a pain for the hrv, the USB port is integrated into the dash wiring and you're looking at pulling panels, dealing with cramped spaces, and probably needing extra adapters.
