Can I switch my car dealers ?

I have owned two Hondas, got the first from one dealer and the other from a different dealer. The service department at the dealer where I bought my 2022 HR-V has been upsetting me They dont seem to listen to the issues i complain about and its always an issue when I need something looked at. The service advisors i think (not the mechanics), kind of inspect and triage the vehicle and decide if a mechanic should look at it or not and my time gets wasted sometimes waste of time sometimes and if they eventually get to examine it, they usually say the problems are normal or the vehicle is performing well. Its tiring not feeling heard when i have an issue. My current 2022 HR-V has some little problems that were brushed off when I took it in, my chance to have them look at my car. My problem lies with the service department and the people running it. Has anyone else had issues with one dealer, got fed up, and tried switched to another dealer? Is there anything particular I need to do to use another dealer? Any advice would be great!

You don't have to go to the OG dealer to get a warranty service, all I know is that all honda dealers can accept you, no matter where you bought your car. I've went to different dealer myself for service.

Totally get your frustration, been there with a previous car. You can switch dealers for service, even if you didn't buy the car there. Just call ahead to confirm they'll work on your HR-V and maybe mention the issues upfront.
